Once we receive your data, it is immediately allocated to your account administrator who then have 48 hours to submit to medical aids and contact patients on all rejected claims.
An end-of-day report is returned to your practice along with your data. At the end of every month, we provide you with a Debtors Age Analysis, an in-depth Practice Turnover report and a detailed patient list with our recorded comments. Customized reports are available on request.
